Located in the beautiful hills of Ozark County in Gainesville MO, the Rackley Insurance Agency dates back to 1914. The original agency was known as Harlin Insurance until Don Rackley changed the name in 1964.
Current principal, Steve Rackley, has been with the agency since 1998. The agency is a leading provider of personal insurance in the County, but also provides commercial insurance, life and health as well as products for Seniors.
In 2011, Rackley expanded by purchasing the Thompson Agency in Mountain Home, AR. He expanded even more by teaming up with Bainswest – a cluster of 16 independent insurance agencies in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Bainswest was recognized as the 58th largest independent insurance agency in the United States, according to the 2008 Insurance Journal trade magazine.
