Tim has been in the insurance industry for over 43 years as an agent and principal. Tim became President of Joe West Company in 1986 and has been with them ever since. Tim has served on the board of The Arthritis Foundation and The Hillcrest Medical Foundation and is also a member of the Tulsa Executive Association. Tim founded Bainswest in 1993 and became Secretary and Co-Legal Counsel in 2002. An OSU graduate, Tim received his MBA from OSU and a juris doctorate from the University of Tulsa. Tim and his family reside in Tulsa, OK.
