Introducing the Oklahoma Bankers Association Group Insurance Program

The OBA Group Insurance Program is the endorsed program for OBA members.  It was specifically designed for OBA to be the most flexible program available to Oklahoma member banks.

The OBA Program is administered by Fiserv Health, America’s largest third-party administrator.  Fiserv’s stability in the marketplace, quality customer care, and ability to package a number of companies into one package make them a very attractive partner.

The OBA Program offers the following major components:

• Group Medical Coverage – Fully Insured or Partially Self-Funded
• Dental Insurance
• Vision Insurance
• Short Term Disability Insurance
• Long Term Disability Insurance
• Group & Voluntary Life Insurance
• Group Accidental Death
• Long Term Care Insurance
• Other Ancillary Benefits

The OBA Program is different from all other offerings because of how we've structured it:

• Flexible Plan Design – you are not locked into “cookie cutter” plans that someone else decided.
• Multiple Plans – select up to three different plan designs for your group.
• You can choose to participate in some or all of the benefit plans
• Local service from Bainswest member agencies around Oklahoma
