Mike Thompson, Principal

Mike has been in the insurance industry as an agent and principal for over 36 years. Mike joined Thompson Insurance in 1970 and became President in 1974. In 2005, Thompson Insurance joined Twin Lakes Insurance to form The Insurance Group, LLP. Mike is a former President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas, as well as a former State National Director for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America. Mike joined Bainswest in 2003 and became a shareholder in 2006. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Mike and his family reside in Mountain Home, AR.
